Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Go to the service you want, choose a package, fill in the form and submit it. We then confirm your order and send payment details — by WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer.
Do I have to pay when I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form costs nothing. We talk to you first to confirm the order, and payment comes after that.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, USDT (TRC-20) and international bank transfer. Step-by-step instructions are on the payment page.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
Usually a set percentage is taken in advance and the balance on delivery. For larger orders we can discuss instalments.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Ask us and we will email a proper invoice — useful if you are claiming the cost as a business expense.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars. Your payment provider handles the conversion from your own currency, and any conversion or transfer fee they charge is separate from our price.
Work & delivery
When does work start?
Within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed.
How do I get my report?
Every order gets a Google Sheet that updates while the work is in progress. We send you the link and you can open it any time.
What if delivery is late?
We tell you in advance when anything unusual comes up. No delivery within 7 days of the agreed date means a full refund.
Can I use one order for several websites?
Each package allows a set number of URLs — usually 1 on Basic, 3–5 on Standard and 5–10 on Premium.
What time zone do you work in?
We are based in Bangladesh (UTC+6) and answer support messages from any time zone.
Results & guarantees
Do you guarantee my rankings will improve?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google's algorithm is outside anyone's control. Avoid any provider promising a "guaranteed number one ranking". What we guarantee is the volume of work, its quality, and proof of both.
Then what does the index guarantee mean?
It means getting the links we build indexed by Google is our responsibility. Anything not indexed within 30 days of delivery is replaced free of charge.
How long until I see results?
Google publishes no timeline for the effect of links, and a link has to be crawled and indexed before it can count. Your report shows the index status of every link we build.
Could my site get penalised by Google?
We do not use automated spam tools, and anchor text is distributed naturally. Where a service carries genuine risk — PBN links — we say so plainly on that service page rather than burying it.

What languages do you write in?
English by default. We also write Bengali and Hindi in house, and can cover other languages on request — ask us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it properly.
Do you offer white-label service for agencies?
Yes. Reports can be delivered without any of our branding. Just tell us when you order.
Do I need an account to use the free tools?
No. Every tool is completely free with no signup, and they run in your browser — your data never reaches our servers.
You do not know my niche. Is that a problem?
Tell us about your website and competitors before ordering. We can run a free audit first and tell you which work you actually need.
Why are your prices lower than agencies in my country?
We work directly from Bangladesh with no middleman. The process, the reporting and the guarantees are identical at every price point.
