If we have not started work or delivered anything within 7 days of your payment being confirmed, you get a full refund — no questions asked.
30-day index guarantee
Any link that is not indexed by Google within 30 days of delivery is replaced free of charge. This is a replacement guarantee, not a cash refund.
Refunds on DA/DR services
On Moz DA and Ahrefs DR increase services, if the target metric is not reached within the agreed window you receive a full refund.
When a refund does not apply
- After the work has been fully delivered, purely because rankings did not improve. Rankings depend on many factors outside our control.
- Where the client supplied an incorrect URL or keyword and the work was carried out on the wrong target.
- Where the client takes the website offline or changes its URLs while work is in progress.
- Free services, such as the free SEO audit, where no payment was taken.
How to request a refund
Request a refund by WhatsApp or email, quoting your order number. Once approved, the money is returned within 3–7 working days through the same method you paid with. Note that payment provider and currency conversion fees are not refundable, as they are charged by the provider rather than by us.
